As part of the redesign process, we are using a method to gain user feedback called User Experience (UX) research and testing. This means getting feedback and insights from people who are given tasks to complete and questions to answer about the website and early prototypes.
In order to build up a pool of potential UX testers for both the top tier redesign and other future Georgetown web experiences, we’re actively recruiting GU students, staff, faculty, parents, and friends. Please sign-up via our Google Form to be a tester and help us improve Georgetown website experiences.
We will follow up with scheduled dates and times for participation (next dates are end of September and early October). In appreciation of your participation, if you come in to our on-campus testing sessions (40 min – 1 hour) and provide your insights, you’ll get some free Hoya Saxa socks!
