Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Prophylaxis
Developing a clinical pathway for administering pharmacological prophylaxis to inpatients. Project includes retrospective study of patients who were on appropriate pharmacological prophylaxis at time of diagnosis; evaluating data sets for patterns and measuring adherence to national VTE guidelines; and integrating order set into electronic medical record system.
