Library Training for Faculty Research Assistants

The library will be hosting two training sessions for new faculty research assistants this summer.  In this training, RAs will learn about library services and policies and will gain an introduction to our databases and to best research practices.

The training sessions will be:

All sessions will be held in the Computer Learning Center (CLC) in the Williams Law Library.

Extended Library Hours and Access Restrictions During Exams

Georgetown Law Library reading and exam period hours will be in effect Monday April 23rd and run through Tuesday May 15th.

During the reading and exam period, the Williams Library will remain open 24 hours. 

For the benefit of Georgetown students studying for exams, only Georgetown University students, faculty, staff, alumni, members of the Friends of the Library program and Public Patron card holders will be admitted through the end of exams. Students from other law schools will not be admitted during this time.

Georgetown Law Library’s reading and exam period will be in effect Monday November 27th and run through Saturday December 16th.

During the reading and exam period, the Williams Library will remain open 24 hours. 

For the benefit of Georgetown students studying for exams, only Georgetown University students, faculty, staff, alumni, members of the Friends of the Library program and Public Patron card holders will be admitted through the end of exams. Students from other law schools will not be admitted during this time.

Wolff hours pre-integration

Please note that the hours of the Wolff Library location will be different prior to the physical move of the collection and staff into the Williams library. Please check the calendar if you have questions about when services are offered at either the Wolff or Williams location.
