UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.

An increase in usage of the Online Guided Gross Anatomy Dissector has triggered a setting at the vendor site aimed to protect the contents from excessive use (which can indicate non-legitimate use) and blocking access.   The company is investigating and examining the bandwidth requirements for this product.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue quickly.
