1st Floor Group Teaching Spaces

March 26, 2012

Just a reminder, as has been discussed at various Deans Lunches and other venues: on occasion, some of the Group Teaching Spaces on the DML First Floor [the window wall] will be used for small group teaching events.

  • These are associated with M’2 HCE; M’1 P3; M’1 selectives; and M’1 EBM small group sessions.
  • They are all 2 hours or less, usually twice a week, and for most of this semester, only 2 spaces have been reserved.
  • On one occasion in May [Wednesday 02 May], all 10 spaces will be needed from 9:00 – 11:00 am [M’1 EBM SG].
  • On seven occasions, 7 spaces will be needed [M’1 selectives] from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
  • The spaces will be marked “reserved” and posters will put in place so that you will know what is going on.
  • Additionally, there will be conversational level noise associated with these teaching sessions.

Your understanding, tolerance and cooperation are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
