Dahlgren Library has trial access to a new Exam Master OnLine Resource for Nursing Students and faculty: NCLEX-RN Preparation and Review

This new resource provides more than 3,800 NCLEX quality review questions covering these four major topics:

  • Psychosocial Integrity
  • Physiological Integrity

New Clinical Resources

Dahlgren Library has several new subscriptions to clinical resources, accessible from on or off campus:


DXplain is a clinical diagnostic decision-support system with the characteristics of an electronic medical textbook, a medical reference system, and a decision support tool. It contains crude probabilities of over 4800 clinical manifestations associated with over 2300 different disease.


DynaMed is a clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals for use primarily at the ‘point-of-care’. Access Dynamed on your computer or your iPhone via the Skyscape app. Click here for installation instructions.
