Please join us on Wednesday, February 22 for a screening of the film Amreeka, part of the Doyle Film & Culture Series. The 2009 film follows the journey of a Palestinian woman and her son to small-town Illinois. The screening will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Natalie Khazaal, Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Arabic and Islamic Studies. The screening will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the New South Screening Room.
